RECEPTION
We have disinfectant solution, disposable tissues and non-manual opening bins and double bag for the prevention of COVID-19. The counter is frequently cleaned and disinfected with recommended cleaning products.
INFORMATION

TOILETS
They are cleaned and disinfected at least 6 times a day. They have dispensers of paper, gel and soap, which are cleaned periodically according to their use and the replacement of consumables is guaranteed. They have drying paper dispensers, with non-manual opening bins and double bag.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
The disposable material used by users (tissues, masks, glasses, etc.) They are removed daily by
it in a plastic bag that closes tightly and disposed of next to normal garbage.
In those cases in which it is suspected that they may be contaminated with the virus that causes COVID-19, it is thrown away the double bag system, spraying with sodium hypochlorite at 0.1% the first bag once closed, and then introduced into the second bag.
After cleaning, disinfection and / or removal of waste, proper hand hygiene is carried out.
HYGIENE MEASURES (MEDIDAS DE HIGIENE)
- A) Personal hygiene
Perform frequent hand hygiene (washing with soap and water or disinfectant solutions).
Avoid close contact and maintain a distance of more than one meter with people with catarrhal symptoms (runny nose, nasal or conjunctival congestion, dry or productive cough, tearing, febrile appearance).
Cover your mouth and nose with tissues when coughing or sneezing, and wash your hands.
Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth, since the hands facilitate their viral transmission.
- B) Hygiene in the workplace
Frequent cleaning and disinfection of the facilities of the work center is carried out such as: surfaces, doorknobs, furniture, sinks, floors, telephones, etc.
For this purpose, products such as bleach for domestic use are used, with extreme protection measures for chemical agents.
All spaces are properly ventilated.
For cleaning tasks, vinyl/acrylonitrile gloves are used.
- C) Respiratory etiquette
When you will be coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow flexed. Use disposable tissues, and throw them away after use.
Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth, as the hands facilitate transmission.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment by credit card or other electronic means (preferably contactless) is encouraged as far as possible.
In case of having to use banknotes, these are deposited in a container that will be disinfected after each use. The POS is also disinfected after each use in which there is contact from a customer.
CLEANING STAFF
Wearing a mask and gloves. After each cleaning, the materials used and the individual protective equipment used are safely disposed of. Then, they proceed to the proper washing of hands.
AIR QUALITY CONTROL
The air conditioning is maintained at an ambient temperature between 23-26ºC, ensuring a sufficient renewal of the air.
The spaces are ventilated three to four times a day for ten minutes.
CLEANING PRODUCTS
The use of disinfectant cleaning products is guaranteed safely. Freshly prepared dilution of bleach (chlorine concentration 1 g/L, prepared with 1:50 dilution of a bleach concentration 40-50 gr/L).
UNIFORMS
It is ensured to be cleaned at a temperature above 60ºC.
